We want you to know, when recommending Cambridge Collision
to an insured person whose car has just been in an accident, that we will do our best to help the person understand the process
of getting their vehicle back to its pre-accident condition.
We STRONGLY encourage you to let your customers know
that rental car coverage will greatly reduce the impact of an accident requiring repairs on their day-to-day schedule and
budget. We can get them into a vehicle through Enterprise Car Rental™ in Forest Lake. Enterprise will meet them here
when dropping off their vehicle (or an alternate location if their vehicle is towed in). Enterprise lets you drop the keys
with us to turn the car in after repairs to your vehicle are completed.
Cambridge Collision currently has a limited number of free
loaner cars.
Written estimates of "visible damage only" are available at no cost.
The best way to handle your customer's claim is through "direct repair." We
are currently partnered with three of the largest insurance companies in the state as part of their direct repair programs.
